Senja is a beautiful island in northern Norway and is somewhat the Lofoten’s smaller sister. Everything you find on Lofoten Islands you can also find on Senja, just a tiny bit smaller. You name it: Vertical mountains, pristine water and beautiful beaches.

I agree, it may be a bit late to have a look back at 2014, but my goal was to at least publish this post before the end of 2015 – so I’d call it a success! Anyways, if anyone is still interested in what my past year was like go ahead…

In late September I spent two weeks exploring northern Norway. Since I had skipped Lofoten (for reasons I'm happy to explain to anyone interested over a beer or two) I HAD to stop by at the equally iconic (but tolerably so) island of Senja.
